How much do you charge for a cleaning?
We offer a reasonable hourly rate or we can provide services on a “per cleaning” or monthly basis. Call us at (712) 578-9510 and we will talk through your cleaning and give you an estimate (or bid) to meet your specific needs.
Do you clean evenings and weekends?
Yes, we do most commercial cleanings after regular business hours in the evenings and on Saturdays. We can also provide residential cleaning services on evenings and Saturdays. We do not clean on Sundays.
What is included in a typical commercial cleaning?
For commercial environments we generally clean offices, breakroom, restrooms, and floors (sweep, mop, power scrub and vacuum carpeting).
What is included in a typical house cleaning?
Generally we dust, vacuum, mop floors, clean the kitchen sink, appliances, counters and the bathroom sink, tub, shower and toilet, either whole house or just certain areas. You may specify how you would like your cleanings done.
Do you offer “Green Cleaning”?
Yes. We clean with environmentally friendly products such as Thieves Essential Oils Cleaner, dishwashing liquid, vinegar or other eco-friendly products.
How do I get ready for cleaners to come?
Tidying up your desks, floors and counter tops is helpful for us to spend more time cleaning and less time picking up.
Do you bring your own products or use mine?
We can use your products or ours, or a combination, which ever you prefer. We bring our own cleaning cloths and gloves for all our cleanings.
What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?
Our work is guaranteed or we will be back to correct any cleaning not done to your satisfaction.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured against injuries and damages.
What is your service area?
We mostly serve in Sioux County of northwest Iowa, especially the communities of Rock Valley, Doon, Hull and Sioux Center. We can serve areas outside of Sioux County, including South Dakota, as the need arises. Wherever you are, we will do our best to meet your needs.
